This award writing course emodule focuses on developing the key skills needed to understand the technical requirements of writing an award, ensuring a high standard so that it satisfies its purpose.

The emodule is set out in three main parts: the Technical Draft, usually written up before the hearing; the Analytical Draft, usually written up just after the Closing Statement or Post Hearing Briefs and the third draft is the Final Draft, usually written up after any submissions on costs and to be published to the Institute or Parties.

The key content components consist of: the agreed denied method/ FLAC analysis, costs and interest, and ensuring the Award satisfies all the technical checkboxes.

This course is streamlined into three main issues: procedural, evidential and material.
